The Samples Family~
I absolutely loved photographing my very dear friends Bryna, Jason, and little Makinley. It's very difficult to tell, but this day was extremely windy and cold. We decided to do a few family portraits outside and then continue inside to do some individual's of Makinley. Although Makinley was only 5 months in these pictures, she was such a ham!

My precious baby and his daddy. I am so grateful that Luke has such a wonderful father.

Sweet little ones

Our precious little one. Oh how they grow up so fast! Life just seems to zoom by right before your eyes. Our little Luke was about 16 months in these pictures. He was becoming a very outdoorsy kind of guy and loved finding his way into about everything. These pictures were taken down at a lake in our neighborhood. We often would take a walk after dinner and this particular day we decided to stop and play a minute. It was extremely interesting trying to keep him away from that refreshing lake water. Good times!

Look at those sweet little curls. I love them!

What a ham! Makinley was an absolute blessing to photograph. You would have thought she had been doing it for years! All it took was daddy's voice or mommy's sweet smile to make Makinley laugh.

This photo shoot was a lot of fun and the family was excellent to work with. This little youngin was extremely easy to shoot because he was so photogenic. At the end of the session, they brought out their dog and I got some really sweet shots of Avery and his best bud!

Our little Tigger.

Huck's first birthday. He was so hilarious when it came time to eat his cake. At first, he had absolutely nothing to do with it. So his daddy came along and gave him a little prompt by laying his hand right in the cake. The hilarious part was that Huck just sat there with his hand in his cake...choosing not to budge even an inch. After much encouragement he finally decided to have a taste. He seemed to really like the cake after he realized that it tasted as good as it felt!
